This gentle practice will combine the calming, breathing and flexibility benefits of yoga with the muscle toning elements of barre through chair oriented poses and standing exercises.
This group will meet at Stewart's Caring Place on the first and third Monday of each month at 10:00AM. Participation virtually is also available.
