A gentle type of yoga performed while seated. This program is especially appropriate for those looking to increase flexibility and range of motion without preforming complicated poses. Chose a sturdy seat for ease of movement.
This group will meet at Stewart's Caring Place on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 12:00 PM. Participation virtually is also available.
